Systems Integration
Bringing platforms, sensors and command systems into a working configuration against a defined operational requirement.
The gap between equipment and capability.
Equipment bought well can still fail to deliver a capability. The common causes are mundane: elements that do not talk to each other, a data path nobody owns, acceptance criteria written after delivery, and operators trained on a configuration that then changed.
This line exists to close that gap. We take a defined requirement and the equipment intended to meet it, and we make the configuration work as a system — including the documentation and training that keep it working after handover.
Scope of work
- Requirement analysis and configuration design
- Interface and data-path definition between elements
- Supplier coordination across multiple manufacturers
- Acceptance criteria and test support
- Installation and commissioning oversight
- Documentation, handover packs and configuration records
- Operator and maintainer training
Where it applies
- Bringing a new platform into an existing control environment
- Consolidating sensor feeds into a single operating picture
- Multi-supplier programmes needing one accountable coordinator
- Capability upgrades to equipment already in service
- Acceptance support for an organisation taking delivery
How this line runs.
-
Requirement and baseline
What the integrated system must do, and an honest survey of what is already in place.
-
Configuration design
How the elements connect, who owns each interface, and what acceptance will actually test.
-
Build and acceptance
Coordination across suppliers through installation, commissioning and formal acceptance.
-
Handover
Documentation, configuration records and training delivered to the operating organisation.
Integration work involving controlled equipment is subject to the same licensing and end-user conditions as supply. Where a programme spans jurisdictions, the applicable export-control approvals are confirmed before work begins.
Bring us the requirement.
Integration scoping starts with what the system must achieve and what is already in service.
